Thomas Hunter, Founder/CEO of Good Biz 21, LLC and Dr. Breanna Allen, Founder/CEO of Pivot and Lead Consulting, LLC C didn’t come together by accident. They were drawn together by a shared belief: that success means nothing if it doesn’t also create peace, joy, and healing in people’s lives.

Breanna is a nonprofit leader who thrives on structure, strategy, and sustainability. She knows how to build systems that last. How to turn vision into programs, ideas into impact, and passion into progress. Her leadership is grounded, intentional, and deeply rooted in service.
